11/09/2012 After many years I have decided to give up being QSL Manager for VP9I & VP9F. As of Dec 1, 2012 Jamie WW3S will be taking over as QSL Manager.

PLEASE do not send me QSL's after this date for I will need to forward them to Jamie and with postage being what it is I will not be able to forward but twice a year.
