I am 54 years old, married with two children, semi-retiring December 2012. My QTH is Sewell, N.J. which is about 20 miles SE of Philadelphia, Pa. I haven't been on radio for many years but am looking to maybe reconstruct the shack! Just starting using CQ100 and Echo Link which had rekindled my interests. Looking for some good used HF equipment. Also interested in learning more about computer software to receive RTTY, CW, SWL. I am the owner of a vintage Collins 390A URR old tube receiver which I listen to shortwave broadcasting and other HF traffic.
I am an avid sportsman. I like to hunt & fish. I am a volunteer Hunter Education Instructor for the New Jersey Divison of Fish & Game. I also enjoy Geocaching, Metal Detecting, browsing the auctions and yard sale circut for old collectibles, sports memoribillia, crystal and vintage receivers, and just about anything else radio related. I enjoy restoring old tube set radios.
I have been involved with many civic organizations over the years such as Member of Gloucester County Amateur Radio Club, Mantua Lions Club,Mantua Twp.Fire/EMS Museum, Volunteer Fire Fighter, Emergency Medical Technician, Baseball Coach, Safety Officer & First Aid Instructor for Mantua Little League.

Here is my 1929 Philco Lowboy - Model 87 which I have restored back to it's full glory!
