HF Station: Kenwood TS-930S, 400w Svetlana tube-modified AL84 amp, Force12 C-3E for 10/15/20m, RadioWorks 160 Special antenna for 10-160m. Other HF radios include IC-706MkIIg mobile, 20m QRP rig for CW & SSB base/mobile/motorcycle/camping, and various QRP rigs such as TunaTinII etc.

I am no longer the advisor to W2CXM, The Cornell Amateur Radio Club. While there we won the collegiate category in several contests, including the ARRL Sweepstakes in 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2003.

I was also Communications Advisor to several Cornell student satellite projects, including CubeSat (launch target date Jan 2005) and DawgStar (project in stasis).  The launch vehicle carrying our two CubeSats malfunctioned and crashed shortly after takeoff on 26 July 2006, destroying all payloads.
