We moved from Houston, Texas to Southern Illinois on December 15, 2004.

Old calls have been WA9HMY (1963-1974) & WB5KTH (1974-1976) I have held the call N5RP ever since it's first issuance in 1976.

The cluster that I normally monitor is K9USA.

I truly do miss Texas, but in our new home near the Shawnee National Forest, we have 5 acres of beautiful land with a small 3.5 acre lake, and a garden for fresh produce that is bigger than the back yard we had in Houston. Beautiful sunsets, sunrises, and volumes of stars at night.

Pretty sweet to have a morning first cup of coffee out on the patio, and then walk down to the john boat for a morning session of fishing. >")))><
