***Notice*** I request a SASE for all QSL card requests! I receive a lot of cards, especially after contests. All logs will be on LoTW. Sorry no eQSL.

I enjoy DXing and contesting (mostly RTTY). I am a member of the Arkansas DX Association, Lone Star DX Association, NCDXF and INDEXA.

I hold DXCC HR #1. With 340(351) Mixed; 340 Phone; 338 CW and 335 RTTY current entities confirmed. 9-Band DXCC. Challenge = 2724. CQ WAZ 40 Meter RTTY #1. ARRL WAS Triple-Play Award #96. CQ Diamond Jubilee WAZ Award #14.

I am a DXCC Card Checker for the Delta Division, ARRL HF/VHF Awards Manager and a CQ Awards Checkpoint.

The station: Rig is an Elecraft K3, Amplifier is an Alpha 9500. The antennas are all FORCE 12: MAG240N, Delta 130, EF320, 4BA, EF706 and a Ruby270 on two towers. Inverted Vee's for 160 and 80 meters. And a SB-206 by KM1H for 6 meters.

PY2KW, Nelson Pala was a phys. ed. teacher at Avare' C.E.E.N.Cel. Joao Cruz High School. He eventually became the principal and was admired by parents and students. He taught me and other students the first steps of marching band, volleyball and in the art of Ham Radio.
