To all my Ham Radio Friends. The word now is DX DX DX. How can anyone live without DX. For the last 18 months DX has been my main goal on the Ham bands, and to work that far away place that the non Hams knows nothing about. It puts us in a class all by ourselves. Plus to get a QSL card that might have a picture of the ham and the place you talked to. My favorite card is from H44MS on the Solomon Islands working a pile-up sitting in front of a grass hut, with the local people watching him operate with big smiles on their faces. To me that's what Ham Radio is all about, making new friends around the globe. And once again I want to thank a very close friend Larry Mallek K6YUI for all his help and knowledge for making a dream come true. TNX Larry, you are one hell of a Ham. My best of 73's to all, and good DX. De George N6VNI Last modified: Mon Oct 26 01:24:00 2009 Does this page contain inappropriate content? If so, Report this page... |
