I have uploaded most of my contest logs since late 1990 to LOTW and eQSL.  If you need a QSL from my past operations then look there first.  If you don't find a QSL on LOTW or eQSL then email your call and the date of the QSO to n7ir at cox dot net and I will upload it if I find it in my paper logs.  I am using eQSL only to help decrease the number of QSL requests sent via the bureau.  I cannot eQSL accurately for my VHF portable operations since the eQSL application does not allow opening accounts with the same call that overlap in time but not location.  Use LOTW or direct mail for those QSLs if you need them.

Due to the high rate of duplicate QSL requests I have received through the ARRL W7 QSL bureau, especially from Japan, I will no longer answer bureau QSL cards.  See the New QSL Policy below if you need a paper card.

These QSL guidelines apply to my recent operation from Curacao as PJ2/N7IR and any future operations from this and other DX locations.  My PJ2/N7IR QSL card, shown below, will be mailed to all contacted stations who supply an SAE and postage.

My LOTW and eQSL accounts are updated regularly, usually within a day after a contest.  However, a paper QSL card will be sent if you wish, using the following guidelines.

1. I will only answer QSL card requests from USA stations that send a SASE.  That's what I do when I want a paper card for an award.

2. Foreign stations that want a QSL card will send a self-addressed envelope and two USA dollar bills or one USA Global Forever stamp with their QSL request.

Requests following these guidelines will be answered usually within a week of receipt, always within a month.

3. Effective April 2015, QSL cards coming through the ARRL W7 Bureau will not be answered.

Thanks for the contest contacts.
