I have uploaded most of my contest logs since late 1990 to LOTW. If you need a QSL from my past operations then look there first. If you don't find a QSL on LOTW then email your call and the date of the QSO to n7ir at cox dot net and I will upload it if I find it in my paper logs.

I have just begun using eQSL and have uploaded my 2009 through 2015 contest logs.  I am using eQSL only to help decrease the number of QSL requests sent via the bureau.  All eQSL requests for 2013 through 2015 QSOs have been replied to.  I find this system tedious to use, so if you absolutely must have an eQSL for a QSO older than 2 years then email your request to me.

Due to the high rate of duplicate QSL requests I have received through the ARRL W7 QSL bureau, especially from Japan, I will no longer answer bureau QSL cards.  See the New QSL Policy below if you really need a paper card for some reason.  Better yet, join the ARRL Logbook of the World and/or eQSL.  They are both low cost online services, which are simple to use once you set them up.

My LOTW and eQSL accounts are updated regularly, usually within a day after a contest.  However, a paper QSL card will be sent if you wish, using the following guidelines.

1. I will only answer QSL card requests from USA stations who send a SASE.  That's what I do when I want a paper card for an award.

2. Foreign stations who want a QSL card, please send an SAE and two USA dollar bills or one USA Global Forever stamp with your QSL request.

Requests following guidelines 1 and 2 will be answered usually within a week of receipt, always within a month.

3. Effective April 2015, QSL cards coming through the ARRL W7 Bureau will not be answered. If you really need a card see 1 and 2 above!

Thanks for the contest contacts.
