I was originally licensed as novice with the call sign WV6YER in 1962. I let my license lapse and did not become involved in Amateur Radio again until 1987 when I again found the hobby to be a great past time I had missed for some time. I took my Novice, Tech and Gen. within 4 weeks time and was issued the call sign N7OGR. After receiving my Advanced class I soon took and received my Extra class license. In 1998 I changed to the vanity call of W7WJH. I just recently changed my call to N7WH. It originally belonged to my friend, Bill Hatch, now a silent key.

I spent most of my career as a OEM manufactures rep and outside OEM sales rep in the electronic components industry. I have also owned and operated several small businesses, a self serve car wash, a tool and equipment rental business, a gift shop and a tavern. Graduated from Boise State University with a B.S.S.S in 1996.

I enjoy contesting on a limited basis. I also enjoy the many friends and contact made on the Western Country Cousins (#1975), the HHH Net (#432) the FARM Net (NCS for 14 Yrs and Net MGR 6 yrs),and am active on 3905CCN. QCWA #34770.

I am married to a wonderful yl named Bev, K7QLT, who enjoys her hobby of quilting. We both love to travel and spoil our grandkids.

My current station consists of a IC745pro, Heathkit SB-1000 Amp, Palstar AT1500CV tuner. Antenna's are a 40m Full Wave loop and a Strepper Big IR vertical.
