The brand spanking new NG2F operating position. Yaesu FTDX1200. First Yaesu I've owned in over 25yrs when I ran an FT-107M.

A NOTE ON JT65 CONTACTS: I use an abbreviated format for JT65 contacts to eliminate superfluous transmissions. If you get a RRTU73 from me, it means that I've received my report, thank you very much for the call and wish you all the best. It does NOT mean bugger off, I'm too important and busy for you. ;-)

ON ECHOLINK: I have given up with the repeater until after the New Year - possibly late spring. In the meantime, NG2F-L on 147.52SX is up 24/7, unless I'm operating digi on HF. PL tone is 136.5 and everyone is welcome to use it.

NOTE: If you like my QSL/eQSL card designs and are bored with the "status quo" of QSL cards, please email me. I'm happy to design (at no cost) a QSL card tailored to your needs.

****eQSLs uploaded at the end of each day (ET) :-) ****

**** QSL cards from SWLs are welcome ***

*** I will QSL 100%, direct or eQSL only ***

I actually prefer the "old way" of exchanging QSL cards (by mail), though I am AG on eQSL. Please read below for QSL by mail instructions.

If you'd like to send a QSL card along (SWLs are also welcome), please send your card along with an SASE with sufficient postage to send mine to you (if outside the Cont. US, please send IRC or greenstamps).

I also have large postcard-sized QSL cards that I'm happy to send along. If you would like one of these, please send your card along with sufficient postage (about 1.5 times what a standard card would cost) to send mine back to you, butdo not include an SASE The cards are quite large and do not fit into a standard envelope (they're glossy, protective UV-coated 8.5"x5.5" large).

UPDATE:QSLs for K4NUK will continue to be issued for those who have requested them for QSOs prior to 12-04-2012. QSOs happening on 12-04-2012 and after will receive QSLs from NG2F, my new callsign. Cheers and beers to all, from Mike!

Good on eQSL and direct. No, the pigeons do not appear on my cards. I hate pigeons.

Lately been playing quite a bit with JT65 on 15m.

See you on the bands!

Fort Myers Beach Pier, at sunset.

Sanibel Sandpipers, at dusk.

An older incarnation of my QSL card. Changed because people thought I was operating from a lighthouse!
