I obtained my initial call WN3JQJ in 1967 at the age of 13.  I upgraded to general in 1968 as WA3JQJ. Upgraded to advanced in 1986 and to xtra in 1987 and the current call NI3H.  I operate all hf bands and 6 meters, mostly cw.  I recieved DXCC # 26074 in 1985 and am an active dxer currently holding 5 band DXCC and counting. I am a 30 year member of ARRL, Schuyllkill Amateur Repeater Assn, and a lifetime member of the Tamaqua Wireless Assn, as club trustee of the call W3CMA.   My modest station consists of  a Yaesu FT-1000 MP Mark V, Kenwood TS-940SAT and  an Icom 706MKIIG to a cushcraft R-8. My xyl is Lila, KB3KVW, and we have been married for 38 years. We have one son, Rick, and two fantastic grandchildren, Blaine and Julia.
