NO LONGER ACCEPTING IRCs (As of May 1, 2013): Because of the difficulty in exchanging IRCs, I am no longer accepting IRCs for return postage. Please send US currency in order to receive a direct reply to your QSL request.
IF ONLY $1.00 IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR QSL REQUEST, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND YOU THE CARD YOU WANT DIRECT IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE USA.I HAVE MADE UP THE DIFFERENCE IN THE PAST, BUT WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO DO THAT.
POSTAGE FROM THE UNITED STATES WILL NOW COST $1.10 TO ALL COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE USA. $1.00 NO LONGER COVERS THE COST OF POSTAGE FROM THE US,SO BE SURE TO INCLUDE ENOUGH POSTAGE TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN YOUR CARD TO YOU DIRECT.
Please be sure to include a self addressed envelope and return postage ($2US) when requesting cards from outside the USA. I am receiving requests every day that do not have these items included. Without BOTH of these items, the requested cards will be sent via the bureau and will take at least 2 years to reach the sender.
When QSLing from outside the United States:
INCLUDING $2USIN YOUR CARD REQUEST WILL HELP COVER COSTS SUCH AS CARD PRINTING, POSTAGE, ENVELOPES, AND BUREAU SHIPPING, WHICH IS A VERY LARGE EXPENSE. $1 NO LONGER COVERS EXPENSES. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN REQUESTING A QSL CARD FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE A SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE WITH YOUR REQUEST. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN BE ASSURED YOUR REQUESTED CARD IS SENT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
When sending for a card from within the US:
PLEASE INCLUDE A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE ($.46) AT THE MINIMUM.
General rules:
If I have confirmed contacts DIRECT for you in the past and I receive duplicate requests via the buro, I am sorry but I will not send another card.
SWL REQUESTS: Please include at least 2 stations that you heard the DX working.
PleaseDO NOTsend foreign currency or foreign stamps for your return postage as they are of no value to me. Requests received with foreign money or stamps will be returned via the bureau.
