I was first licensed in 1982 as N5ESC, then upgraded to KD5TK and I got my extra at the Dallas FCC in 1983. I changed my call to NJ5N shortly after the upgrade in 1983 and have had it ever since.

I work 99% cw or digital modes and still enjoy chasing DX as well as having a good conversation. My other hobbies include riding my Harley as well as playing golf. We live on Lake Whitney which is about 100 milesSouth-SouthWest of the Dallas Fort Worth area.

I upload all QSOs to LOTW and EQSL.
