Originally Licensed as Novice -WN9OAG in February, 1974 as a freshman in High School.

Upgraded to Tech in 1975 as WB9OAG

Passed General in 1978 as a Freshman in College, got Advanced ticket later that year.

Earned Amateur Extra License in 1986 and received the call NM9P.

Interests:

  • Contesting (160M - 432Mhz),
  • QRP, Homebrew,
  • Design and Construction of Antennas,
  • Mobile Operating,
  • Skywarn Spotting,
  • Packet, PSK31, RTTY, SSTV, and other digital modes,
  • SDR (Software Defined Radio).
