My current station is a K3 / KX3 / K2 / K1 with a Elecraft KPA 500 amplifier. Antenna's include a stacked dipole at 25 feet for 40/20/15/10 meters and a 8BTV DX Engineering vertical for 80/40/30/20/17/15/12/10 meters. Interested in QRP,CW,PSK-31, antenna research and design. Other interests include fly fishing, upland game hunting, skiing, bicycling, travel and being a Grandfather. I am a semi-retired Civil Engineer and still work part time in a private consulting engineering practice. I have been a Ham since 1957and my first callsignwas KN7ECS.
