I was first licensed in January 1976 as WN0RTL & upgraded to General in May 1976 as WB0RTL. I upgraded to Advanced in June 1981 as KC0FJ & I upgraded to Extra in April 1986 as NX0I. I briefly held the Vanity call of W0WG but elected to go back to my NX0I call.

My Old Station at the time consisted of the following 3 Towers. Tower 1: 120ft. Rohn 45G with a 3el 40m(42ft boom) M2 @ 122ft, a 7el 15m(44ft boom) DX Eng. @ 90ft,& a 8el 10m(48ft boom) DX Eng. @ 70ft.

Tower 2: 100ft. Rohn 25G with a pair of stacked & phased KT34XA's at 102ft. & 50ft.

Tower 3: 60ft Rohn 25G with a Hy-Gain TH5DX at 62ft.

Pair of phased & steerable 80/160 meter home brew verticals

80 meter DX Eng. 4 square

Lastly 6 steerable 550ft. beverages NE, E, SE, SW, W, NW

My New Station:

I am currently running with an Icom 775dsp & a Hustler 6BTV  vertical because I now live in a restricted sub-division. (Quite a let down)

I am just getting started with digital PSK-31 and am having alot of fun.  The software I am running is Ham Radio Deluxe with Digital Master 780 5.0 Beta thru a SignLink-USB Integrated Sound Card.  Just got started with this at the end of December 2009.

QSL VIA W0-QSL Buro,  LoTw  or eQSL is ok.  If you QSL direct, please include an SASE.

Ex: WN0RTL, WBORTL, KC0FJ & W0WG

I am a member of the Kansas City DX Club

Thanks for looking,

Jerry, NX0I
