You can send your QSL via bureau or direct all are welcome. If QSL via direct, please make sure to include a SAE, and sufficient return postage: If sending green-stamps, please be advised about the fact that Peruvian mail rates are very expensive:
 
One letter (max. 20 grs,) to outside Peru costs: U$S 2.60 to South America. U$S 2.80 to Central and North America. U$S 3.00 to Europe. U$S 3.20 to Middle East and Africa. U$S 3.50 to Asia or Oceania. This rates are good up to 4 QSL's for envelope.
 
IRC’s are OK, too! 1 IRC is good only for South Americas countries, 2 IRC for others countries.

Please refer to the following points when requesting a QSL Direct:

1. Make your QSO entries clear and readable, and recorded in sequence by date and band.
2. Include a self-addressedenvelope (SAE) with sufficient first-class return postage.
3. Direct QSL requests received without a return envelope or sufficient return postage will be answered via the Bureau.
4. Direct QSL requests received with an expired IRC will be answered via the Bureau.
 
If you do not hurry you can use your QSL bureau.
