Hello all! My name is Joerg.

I'm a DXing and VHF-Contesting operator.

In working life I'm transmission engineer. Actually I'm head of transmission (wireless, wireline and fiber) at an energy provider.

Ham-Radio is my biggest hobby; my favourites are 10m and 6m.

I hope that we had a nice QSO!

QSL's are very welcome DIRECT or via BUREAU and will be answered 100%. Also SWL-Reports are welcome and will be confirmed with a paperQSL.

I don't eQSL!

IMPORTANT:

Policy for DIRECT QSL'ing: I need your QSL + SAE + 2US$ or 1 coin.

If this all is ok I will replay direct within almost 2-3 days.

Attention: IRC no longer accepted. due to problems with changing at some local Post-offices!

QSL received Buro = Buro.

QSL received Direct with SAE with USD/EUR = Direct.

QSL received Direct with SAE and without USD/EUR = Buro.- Sorry on that, but the 2USD don't cover even the postage costs, which are 1,70Euro to overseas in the moment. Thats approx 2,40USD

My Antenna System:

Tower: 2 sections of a "Rassmussen" full material Tower (no pipes). Produced in the early 1970's, refurbished, modified (rotator platforms ) and rebuilt by myself

6m : 5-element Monoband Yagi F9FT

10m: 4-elements Monoband homebrew

160m/80m/40m: Tower shunt feed -experimental stage-

Transmission lines:

10+6m : two times RFS LCF78-50J 7/8" Coax

160+80+40m: RFS HCA 38-50J Heliax Coax

Actually I use the following front end:

TRX: Kenwood TS-2000 with complete INRAD Roofing Modification, and change of the TOKO crystal Filters due to corrosion tu muRata equivals. No change on the ROM Band-Diodes.

PA-10m: OM-Power OM2500HF with GU84b Ceramic Tetrode

PA-10m Spare: homebrew 2x QB5/1750 Valvo graphit Anode

PA-6m: OM-Power OM2006 with GU74 Ceramic Tetrode

Rotator: Yaesu G-1000DXC

Phones: Heil Pro-Set

Measurement Equipment:

Radio Test Set: R&S CMT 0-1GHz

Antenna Test-Set + Spectrum Analyzer: Agilent N9912A

Spectrum Analyzer: HP 8563A

Last but not least a

Prost-Cheers-Na sdorowje-fi sihhatika-Gan Bei-Skl-Kippis- votre sant-Jmas-Salute-Salud-Serefe

for the next DX from my (ham-friendly) 2nd Operator, Ms.Eva and myself ;-)
