----------------

WSJT has yet never inspired me, because it lacks the feeling of hearing the final "rrrr"s by on your own ears and brains ;-) Since 1988 ten years on packet radio chatting and watching Packet Beacons appearing on the screen via MS is enough.

Ten years ago I´ve had 3 skeds on 2 meter WSJT. All complete. During same hours 2 random qsos. All complete. But no feelings of success. No euphoria for the heard and confirmed contact! For me it was like to be on the internet chat.

Very sorry to notice that some of the peditioners are making it like a bussiness: they try to work as many qsos as possible and are eager to get more than green stamps etc. Some of them even do not work skeds if you are not listed before.

But please give a possibility to enjoy an old time ham spirit qso. Also I like to work new Loc squeers.

Sri. On the peditions WSJT is the best, but my humble request for those who are going to the peditions: "Please take also CW key with you or maybe you can find a program for your computer so you can copy and send CW fast and easy, just like WSJT, only 1 minute period.". Sked maximum 20 minutes. If then no qso I will be very grateful for your great ham spirit!

------------

During year 2012 OH8UV already has been QRV from 9 different grids. On peditions I like to work all stations which I hear. Also duplicate qsos are wellcome. Many times there is Es and no stations/ no beacons heard for a long time. It is nice to know that there is condx, so report exchange is FB!

QSL via bureau or direct.

Direct QSL with SASE will get a real Finnish stamp with hand pressed "Paltamo" postmark, sometimes even an unique own stamp.
