Since the 1 US $ is not enough for return postage, PLS use a new IRC's or at least 2 green stamps with SAE. Direct requests without sufficient return postage and SAE received after 15th of march 2007 will be answered via the BURO.

PLEASE NOTE - My previous call sign was OM3TMW, but I am not using it anymore for over 10 years. So if you have recently logged qso with OM3TMW, you did it probably  with OM3TWM.
