dr visitor,

Thanks for looking me up here on QRZ.com , most likely we've just had a QSO.

here you find some info about me and my station

Do you remember 1956,

The year of the Suez crisis, it was the year Grace Kelly married prince Rainier and the year most of us first heard of Brigitte Bardot. The Italian ocean liner Andrea Doria sinks after colliding with another vessel and the first transatlantic telephone cable goes into operation.

I was born on march 3 of that famous year, and raised in Mol Belgium , nowadays i still live in the vincinity of Mol, in a small town Olmen with about 3600 inhabitants.

from my youth on i was bitten by the "electronics virus" at the age of 7 i've got my first electronics kit , a birthday present made by the Dutch Philips factory, a perforated hardboard with overlays.

By means of springs and rivets one could built different projects from blinking lights over a radio to a wired intercom

Being SWL ONL2000 since the early seventies, i finaly decided to folow a course at the UBA-DST amateur club

Early december 2011 i passed exams and received my present callsign ON3HO.
