I'm born in 1954, and growed up in Mechelen near Antwerp,and became short wave listener when I was 14 years old . In march 1997 I'l got my novice license and six months later it was upgraded to ON1DLA.In oktober of 1997 I have passed with succes my CW test and became the call ON4CGP. My favorites are ,vhf, and especially Meteor-scatter,E-s,Au, and all special propagations on vhf. My equipment: VHF: 1x17ele by M², mastpreamp with mgf1302,PA abt 150watt with 2x 2c39 , HF : IC-756PROIII 4 element 6 band beam FBDX-460 by Fritzel,deltaloop on 40m and inverted V for 80m .I am also member from the ON4CP contest crew,and oprating on 40m at OTxA at the magical fortress from Lier.Also I am qrv on 50Mhz with IC-756PROIII,and home made 8 ele yagi on 8m boom . I am married and I have three lovely children. From 01/04/2001 my callsign became ON4LN,dedicated to my good friend Jozef who gives me his radiomicrobes. I hope to meet you some day on the band.
