Hello everybody! I'm Joe using OP4K as call sign since March 2006. I still hold ON4JZ since August 03, 2001 - and obtained my 1st HF callsign ON4AJZ in June 1983 (ex call) and VHF callsign ON1BZJ in December 1982 (also ex callsign).

ALL QSL cards are send the first Wednesday of each month via the bureau

A card is send for each first contact on a new band or mode. I am avoiding sending multiple card(s) for a previous contact on the same band/mode. If I worked you today with OP4K and in the past with my previous call sign(s) you will get a QSL card.

Being an avid contester, many stations send me cards for QSO's on band/mode worked before.
As of 01-July-2014 I will not reply to these cards anymore.
Save your time, our trees and your money for other things

If you want to QSL direct, please send me a mail

op4k@telenet.be

and mention that you wish to QSL direct with me. I reply 100% to QSL direct, if sufficient postage is covered .

Direct QSL card(s) received without or not enough postage coverage, the return QSL(s) will be send via the bureau.

Link to the Belgian Postal services. This site only offers Dutch, French and German language but not in English http://www.post.be/site/fr/residential/letters-cards/send/international.html.

Postage fees are (according to me) VERY EXPENSIVE in Belgium (2US$ will still cover the expenses)

NEW RATES as of 01-Jan 2014

In Belgium 0,77€
Ouside Europe 1,39€ (Euro) or 2US$ will still be enough
In Europe 1,17€ (Euro) or 2US$

Standard size (min 90mm - max 125mm x min 140mm - max 235mm) (min 3.54" - max 4.91" x min 5.51" - max 9.25") with 2mm or 0.08" tolerance - thickness 5mm or 0.19". All other sizes are considered as non standard

I got acquainted with LOTW and do uploads once in a while (very irregular)

No E-qsl (so don't even ask or bother)
