The Special Event station marked the 60th Birthday of the U.S. Air Force, 56th anniversay of Operation Blue Jay and the 1951 Defense Agreement between Denmarkand the United States and Greenland Home Rule, that established the Thule Defense Area, for the protection of Greenland and North America.
