PA0ADC was born in 1943 and has been active as a radio amateur since 1955. First radio was an old WS19-set with some mods in the modulator. Later radio's include the world famous Geloso vfo and 807 final. These days the station is equipped with the YEASY FT980 and a small Dentron amplifier. Output 400 W PEP. For 80 meter there is a half wave dipole. For 20, 15 en 10 a lattice crank up - tilt over tower of 60' supports a Fritzel 3 el tribander. In the 70-ties and 80-ties I was very keen on DX-ing. Nowadays I make the occasional QSO with friends around the world. Packet links are not available although the equipment is. I like to make small electronic things to support the station or interface it with the computer. My wife is also a ham (VK2GWI) and not very active on the radio but very active in the radio-society VERON (Dutch IARU society) and is now past president and honorary member. I am a member of ROAR (Rotary on Amateur Radio). My occupation was injury claims handling - I was trained as lawyer with a masters from the University of Amsterdam.
