Hi, so you found me on QRZ.com, probably because we just had a QSO or you heard me somewhere
on the bands. Born in 1960 and first licensed as PE1FRW in 1982, and later in 2006 as PB2DX. Married with
Marja and we have two beautiful daughters Carlien and Iris. Living in Heemskerk, a small village close
to the west-coast at abt. 20 km. NW of Amsterdam.
Memberships : NVRA , RCK , VERON and a member of DARES ( Dutch Amateur Radio Emergency Service )
Besides that I am a member of the PA6Y contest-team with PA1CW, PB5DX, PA4S, PA2GR,
PA4MRS, PA2TO, PA3DEU, PE1PZF, PA2GRU, PA3GPA, PC5T and PA3HAE. Every year we participate in the several
contests as WPX , PACC, ARRL and CQ-WW.
QSL: I prefer LOTW and the buro ( DQB ). Direct also, see my address above. Don’t forget to
enclose some $$ for return postage including a SAE. Here in the Netherlands we don’t have any IRC’s so
US$ are OK. I can use them for my return postage in direct requests. Sometimes I might log some nice
QSO’s on QRZ.com and are all my QSO’s on HRDlog.
My radio's : IC 7600, IC706MKiiG, 2 x a rotary dipole ( 10,15 and 20M) + ( 12,17 and 30M) up 15M.
and a 2 x 20M dipole for the lower bands.
