37 years of continuous DX operation! The year 2006, my ham golden jubilee. Middle century of 2-way radio operation.

I am have today 318 confirmed countries in SSB and 139 in CW, 509 IOTA groups, 842 world islands, and 189 lighthouses situated in 50 countries of five continents.

At this time I have high interest to contacting operations "air mobile", "maritime mobile", "lighthouses" and also any stations situated behind the arctic and antarctic circles and also in the exotic areas of the earth in the places called as "the lost lands".

However, I will be continue active on the air now and forever more.

The pictures on the text are in my QTH; front my radio room and tri-band antenna 3DX3 in background. The natural scenes are in my home-farm, my birthplace located about 40 km to northwest of Campina Grande. The older preserved stone-house was built by my grand-grandfather on the 18th century. The watter reservoir was built by myself since many years ago. In this paradise place my family and I live the vacations, holidays and week-ends, and from here I work mobile and portable.

PY2KW, Nelson Pala was a phys. ed. teacher at Avare' C.E.E.N.Cel. Joao Cruz High School. He eventually became the principal and was admired by parents and students. He taught me and other students the first steps of marching band, volleyball and in the art of Ham Radio.
