Contester’s Code of Ethics

  • I will learn and obey the rules of any contest I enter, including

BIOGRAPHY

 

I was first licensed in 1978 with the callsign PY2YLH in the C class.

In 1980 I upgraded to B class and had my callsign changed to PY2DV.

I upgraded to A class in 1981 maintaining the same callsign until now.

 

My first HF transceiver : Delta 500( Made in Brazil )

My first VHF transceiver : Yaesu FT-227R

 

Other equipment I had previously: Yaesu FT-101ZD, FT-209RH, Icom IC-28H, Kenwood TS-430S Complete Line (PS-430, AT-430 and SP-430), TM- 211A, TH-21A, TM-241A and TL-922 Linear Amplifier.

 

 

BIOGRAFIA
 

Iniciei no radioamadorismo em 1978 na classe C com o indicativo PY2YLH.

Em 1980 fui promovido à classe B recebendo o indicativo PY2DV.

Promoção à classe A em 1981, mantendo o mesmo indicativo até hoje.

 

Meu primeiro rádio HF : Delta 500

Meu primeiro rádio VHF : Yaesu FT-227 R

ATIVIDADE "OFF-AIR"

 

No ano de 2001 fui convidado pela Presidência da LABRE CENTRAL para ser o Relator do Anteprojeto de Reforma da Norma 31/94.

Foram 5 anos de luta, que culminaram com aprovação da Resolução 449/06 da ANATEL. Pela primeira vez na história do radioamadorismo brasileiro, os radioamadores conseguiram participar de forma direta na elaboração da legislação de seu próprio serviço.Sinto-me honrado de ter participado ativamente desse processo, juntamente com um grupo de colegas de alto nível, capitaneados pela LABRE CENTRAL. Parabéns a todos !
