I'm amateur radio since 1979 and until 1990 I used to operate in Petropolis, RJ, as PY1DFF. In that time I made some DXpeditions:

1985-1986 - PY1DFF/PY0T - Trindade Island

1987 - ZY0TC - Trindade Island

1988 - PY1DFF/CE0 - Robinson Crusoé Island in Juan Fernandez

1989 - PY1DFF/PY0F - Fernando de Noronha Island

In 1990, I had to quit the Amateur Radio because of my job, however I never really stopped to operate. Actually, I'm active in all bands and I live now in Limeira, SP, 150 km from São Paulo City and I use my old call PY2MC.

I operate with a Kenwood TS 2000 and a STEPPIR DB11 antenna.
