For direct way, SAE is appreciated with Greenstamps, new IRC or brasilian stamps.
Direct cards without or insufficient postage will be sent back via the bureaux.

ZY2A: If you have sent QSL to confirm qso for contest activity to the ZY2A's QRZ.com address (Brasilia) - sorry, but you have to send it to me.
