QSL image for RA1AKR

Hi!

First personal HAM license received in 1990 as UB5KAY.

I am mostly active in CW/SSB on 20m, 40m and satellites.

Station setup: Kenwood TS-2000x, TS-590s, TS-440s, TM-733 for  vhf/uhf FM mobile and Icom IC-706Mk2 for the field days :-).

Antennas are SpiderBeam for 20/15/10m, dipoles, vertical loops, some GP, W3DZZ and ZS6BKW (G5RV mods).

Satellites/VHF/UHF setup is 6el Quads for 144MHz and 18el 430MHz with homebrew Azimuth/Elevation tracking system.

Regards,

Andrew, RA1AKR.

P.S. Some photos:

  • Local satellites "field day" on my backyard. Explanation to my wife - how big could be standing waves in antenna coax...:-)
