MY QSL policy is following:

If I got your QSL direct with SAE+ postages => I will send my QSL directly to you.

If I got your QSL direct without SAE + postages => I will send my QSL via buro.

If I got your QSL via the buro => I will send my QSL via the buro.

I'm also a LoTW user and uploading my QSOs as quickly as I possible.

Started deal with amatuer radio since 1982 as SWL and was a member of several club stations (UK7BAL and after UL8BWW and UL8BWO) when lived in Kazakhstan. First licensed back in 1990. I obtained current call since 1998.

Active on 160m - 10m SSB, CW, DIGI. Prefered mode is CW.

My main interest is a DX chasing especially on LF bands.

DXCC HR (Mixed),  9B DXCC,  DXCC CHALLENGE 2500+,

WAZ (CW+SSB), 9B WAZ (all zones on each of 9 bands),
