First

call sign was KN2UZF, in 1958...then WB2HZI, and finally AA2JZ. Retired military electronics tech, retired from Federal Gov Service as a Telecommunications Specialist, and retired from NY Tel where I was a cable splicer for 17 years. Now its time to relax and build QRP equipment.

I wrote for "The Monitoring Times Magazine," for something to occupy my time. Before that it was "73 Magazine," until they went QRT. Something around 25 articles or so...dont plan on making writing a career change..theres only enough reward for a cup of coffee or so...but it was fun..

General Radio Telephone Operators License...just because I always wanted it...now Im working on the Telegraph ticket...and theyre good for life !
