I will reply all buro cards and direct QSLs with return postage. Please DO NOT SEND GREENSTAMPS AND SAE. Envelopes with something thick inside are very attractive to post thieves. Quite often mail comes with  'dollar footprints' in the inner side of the SAE. That means the envelope was opened, dollar disappeared. Moreover, your QSL may get lost, it happened many times last year.

So, just QSL and  one valid IRC in the envelope makes the probability of getting your card here resonably high. Blank envelope costs almost nothing here, less than one US cent. It usually takes 8 to 10 weeks to get QSL back. Direct cards without return postage will be sent via the buro.

It seems that registered mail comes without any trouble but it is quite expensive.
