I've had enough of paper QSL exchange and I don't send my QSL cards beforehand anymore. But if I receive a QSL, I'll answer the way I get it. If you send it direct, you'll get it back direct also even if no IRCs or $$ were applied. Bureau is also OK. And I upload my logs to the LoTW as rapidly as possible along with CLUBlog and eQSL updates. Here you can check your QSO in CLUBlog frame or click on the links below it.
