RCVD - DIRECT(SASE) >SEND - DIRECT

RCVD - DIRECT(SAE only) >SEND - BURO

In CONTEST - If you have spent QSO with RX1CQ in contest and haven't sent the report in judicial board - QSL the card won't be sent you.
