I am QSL manager for Victor R1FJM( December 2006-September 2007; September 2009- September 2010 from Kheysa Isl. Franz Josef Land) and now I am QSL manager for Victor RI1FJL and Andrey RI1FJA too. Both will be QRL CW and SSB from Kheysa Isl. beginning August 2011 untill September 2012 using their free time.
QSL cards only direct. There is no bureau this year.
There are two different ways to receive QSL cards from R1FJM, RI1FJL and RI1FJA:
1. You can send SAE, your QSL card +one or two IRC(more than 4 QSO) to my home address(Vitaliy V. Klabukov, st.Ukhtomskogo 21-95, Yaroslavl 150049 Russia). It will be better to check your QSO before sending SAE to my address. Please use my e-mail address rx3mm@newmail.ru in this case. Please do not put money into envelope.
2. You can request QSL cards via another my e-mail address rx3mm.yr@gmail.com showing the date of your QSOs and your address. After my checking that you are in the log you can make the PayPal payment to rx3mm.yr@gmail.comMinimum payment is 2 US$.
After I get a payment confirmation from PayPal I print the address label and I mail QSL directly to you in a reasonable amount of time. You do not need to send your card to me.
It is the recommended way to receive QSL cards!

My goal is to shorten time checking procedure and get your QSL cards to you quickly,I am going to have every day sked with RI1FJL and RI1FJA.
Buy the way, Victor RI1FJL will try EME contacts on 2m from Kheysa Isl. If all will be OK antenna must be mounted in September this year.
