Hello

S54X was born in 1967 and pass the first ham licence in 1982. 80's were nice years for ham-radio development. There was no other way to comunicate with people from other countries, except wire telephone , which was very expensive. When I wear my 2m "walkie-talkie" and walk around, I felt the most important person in the city, hi.

My first call was YU3OL and S51OL after 1991 , now S54X from 1994.

My first love was CW and still is. I found the most fun in CW contests, VHF first and HF later. All these years pass through like a moment.

This year I started with some PSK and RTTY activity also.

I celebrated 30 years of my ham activity last year with new QSL card.

I

I am member of Radioclub S59DCD , which is organizer of International HF contest called WW PMC contest

With this contest we are spreading a nobble idea of IAPMC organisation

EME activity is the club's priority activity and I have spent really good times in helping constructing a 6m EME dish and also

making a lot of EME QSO's on club station S59DCD with my friend Silvo, S50X.

You can find everything about EME TEAM S59DCD here.

Here you can see some pictures during constructing my home made spiderbeam for 5 bands, from 20-10m.

Balun 1:1, core and cable are original from Spiderbeam

Feed point for 5 bands

Spiderbeam in company with 8 el. YU7EF for 6m and 11 el. ECO for 2m

Off the air for a few weeks, now QRV again with better design.
