Ham since 1973. Also hold the callsign SM7F. Was M0FWZ in Salisbury UK between July 2004 and Dec 2006. Started with hamradio as a teenager working CW on SW. Interest changed over the years and since 1980's been mostly interested in VHF and up. Worked a lot of 144 MHz meteorscatter and some 144 MHz EME with home made antennas and 2x4CX250B PA in the late 1980's.

Now QRV on 23cm and 3cm EME and 144MHz Meteorscatter:

Equipment

23cm EME

4m solid dish, 300W at feedpoint OK1DFC septumfeed with scalar rings. G4DDK LNA 0.2dB NF

Elecraft K3 as 144 MHz IF transceiver.

3cm EME

4m solid dish 20W at feedpoint, linear feed with scalar rings. DB6NT LNA

Elecraft K3 as 144 MHz IF transceiver

144 MHz meteorscatter

I have worked 390 squares as per today 15th Dec 2012

Planning to be QRV on SW with some simple antenna as soon as weather permitting installation. Have a G5RV 5m up.
