How to get my QSL card?

• QSL received via Buro cfm 100% reciver QSLvia Buro.
• QSL received Direct with SAE and with 1 IRC= Direct.

Only new style IRC´s accepted, I can´t exchange the old ones in the post office.

QSLvia Logbook of the World (LoTW) also eQSL.cc (AG) send end ccontest and end week.

2011-01-01 from all QSOs confirm only by LoTW and the EQSL.cc.

QSO for the years 2009 - 2010 QSLbureau reaffirmed by the QSL ca 22 thousand - have returned about 5%

Conrfirmed QSO via BURO only reciver QSL Card !!!!

After 01-01-2011 100% QSL upload only via EQL.cc (AG) and LoTW

Card will be sent via bureau confirmed by SP OT-11 QSL Bureau
