Welcome to Mount Olympus Marathon
Olympus Marathon is a unique trail running event held annually on Mount Olympus, the Greek mythical “Mountain of the gods”. The route itself revives the pilgrimage of ancient Greeks to Mount Olympus, where they ascended every year to honour and sacrifice to Zeus. The race starts every last Sunday of June from the remains of the sacred city of Dion, just at the sunrise. The athletes starting from a sea-level altitude follow 44km of trails at the slopes of Mt Olympus and reach the height of 2780m retracing history and myth.

As many of you have already noticed all the cards about home call(sv2flq) are sent via bureau while the cards about the special call(sy2o) are sent direct.This is not because of me but of the policy of SV bureau which requires to pay for moving the cards when it comes to special call even if it is member of bureau.

If you want my special card which you can see above i can send it to you via bureau only if i tick home call(which can be seen at the upper right of the card).Paradoxicaly if i tick the special call(whicj can be seen in the upper left of the card ) i can't use bureau.

I don't like sending direct so i try in every single way to evade it because of the money that have no relation to the healthy radioamateur.

After all if you want direct i want your info with readable letters and the cost of the post office is 0.95 euro (from 1/9/09).
