I upload to ARRL LoTW and ClubLog periodically (uploaded as of  15 MAY 2012).

If you are not in my log then no QSL will be sent. Simple as that.

USA: SASE (no return postage, no return QSL)

Outside USA: SAE + $2 USD (or) SAE + 1 IRC

(if you don't have an envelope and funds to return the QSL then no QSL will be returned)

Bureau cards can take SIX months to TWO years to make the round-trip return to you.

No 30m operation allowed here per Theater Spectrum Mgmt.

2011 WAE CW SOAB-LP 723 QSOs + 640 QTCs + 125 Multipliers = 382,616

2011 WW CW SOAB-LP 1,619 QSOs + 67 Zones + 203 Countries = 1,181,250 (new Afghanistan record)

2011 ARRL 10m SOLP-CW 549 QSOs + 54 Multipliers = 118,584

2012 Russian DX Contest SOAB-LP (CW) 475 QSOs + 100 Oblasts + 117 Countries = 690,277 (new Afghanistan record)

2012 CQ WPX SSB SOLP(10m) 300 QSOs + 205 prefixes = 163,180

2012 Yuri Gagarin SOAB-LP 202 QSOs + 30 ITU zones = 35,280 (estimate)

2012 CQ WPX CW SOAB-LP (goal is a new Afghanistan record)
