During my return way from business and family trip to Muscat (Oman) was long connection flight in Doha Qatar.

We walk on enbankment of Doha harbour andis suddenly saw a tent with amateur radio equipment and antennas directly on the waterfront.

As it turned out, the local Qatari hams are ready to work on the air in honor of the national holiday - QATAR NATIONAL DAY with special event callsign A71QND

Hosts not only kindly invited to inspect the position, but also given the opportunity to work on the air at 20 m as A71A

Over 50 QSO was logged while several minutes.
