My QSL will arrive in 5-14 days in most cases. If You send any cash (but IRCs -is OK!)- it will be RISK stolen by postal workers on the way. A lot of envelops were opened and cleaned out just because they came from overseas or have magical letters & number (call-sign) on it. QSL-Bureau also fine - I'll reply in order which QSL was received. I received My First license in 1971. I'm active contestman.Years ago I had TOP TEN score of the Year in IARU Reg1 & ex USSR … Last couple Years - I'm in "TOP TEN " UKRAINE, 10-times Champion of Ukraine with RTTY. Winner of UR DX Contest, EU-HF-Champ, BARTG, BSCC, IOTA, SARTG, ARI, EA-RTTY, UBA, AA, RCC, RDXC, CQ WW VHF, CQ-M, CCCC, UR-DIGI, ARI-EME & more. Over 600 Contest now. I Was a Net Control of "Russian DX net" in 1981 - 1982 (15 mtrs ) & 1983 - 1990 (80 mtrs ) We had 162 countries in the NET (on 3.640 kc ). My 5BDXCC # 2668. I Was a Chief of All Snake(Zmeinny)isl. DX-pedition in 1990-1992. Over 70000 qsos & I came up with an Idea about a New DXCC Country, which died after USSR's QRT ... I was first Chairman of the HF committee of Ukrainian Amateur Radio League (UARL).I went to few short DX-pedition to IOTA islands around My home QTH - EU-182. I was in EM5F international Team on EU-182 in IOTA Contest 2005-2006-2007. I 'm active on 6 mtrs - over 23.000 QSOs with 159 countr. Over 500 QSOs with 37 US states on 6 mtrs. Still active in the Contests - about 20.000 qsos per year. Also - I'm life member of EM5HQ in IARU Championship … I 'm active in ALL DIGIMODES ... I'm activealso E-M-E on 2 mtrs & 70 cm. 

Have already 11 Bands DXCC  $ 11 Bands WAZ -  #1 - World!
