USA please take note: At present (January 2009), the total cost of sending a QSL direct to USA from Quebec is 1.23$ (0.98$ + taxes + envelope) (CAN)

Options:

1 SASE (prepaid or 0.98$ canadian stamps)

or

1 SAE +: 1 IRC or 1 US$ or 0.98$ canadian stamps.(One US$ ("green stamp") is now valued at about 1.22$ (CAN))
