STARTING JANUARY 1st 2013 NO ANY BURO QSL`s WILL BE ANSWERED
THE REASONS :
1) We are in the 21th Century Guys, Now LoTW permits all ARRL (DXCC) and CQ Magazine AWARDS (WPX, WAZ, ect.) .I AM 100% LOTW AND eQSL.
2) Those past years I have established that too many are abusing by systematically clicking the print label box of their logging software resulting in a too big amount of useless buro paper QSL requests. I received too many requests by the same people for QSO's on same band/mode with each of my different callsigns used at this same location proving that people are systematically asking for buro qsl even if they have already a paper confirmation for Canada or Quebec on that band/mode.That's what I call useless paper QSL request.
3) I have better things to do during my hobby time than administrating mountains of paper cards.
4) Canadian stamp rates had become crazy even for sending QSL packets to buro or receiving them from QSL manager.
IF YOU JUST WANT TO PAINT YOUR WALLS OR FILL YOUR EMPTY BOXES OR WHATEVER WITH MY PAPER QSL's, PRINT THEM BY YOURSELF ON http://www.eqsl.cc/qslcard/Index.cfm
MY ANSWERING POLICY IS :
VIA=LoTW==> I am 100% ARRL Logbook of the World. I Upload my log about every 2 months and each contest log just after the contest.
VIA=eQSL==>I am 100% eQSL (authenticity garanted level).I Upload my log about every year and each contest log just after the contest.
VIA=Direct==>I will reply within 48h to direct QSL IF AND ONLY IF you send a SAE +
>3 US$ (or new IRC) for all countries except USA/Canada, (starting April 2014 in Canada, the basic 30g stamp for internationnal worth CAN$2.50+fed taxe+QCtaxe=CAN$2.87 equivalent to 2.60 US$).
>2 US$ for USA (or proper stamp) (starting April 2014 in Canada, the basic 30g stamp for USA worth CAN$1.20+fed taxe+QC taxe=CAN$1.38 which worth nearly US $ 1.25).
>proper stamp or 1US$ for Canada
> otherwise, I reply via bureau once a year.
Note that I do not earn any money and even loose some by answering to direct QSL's but it has the great advantage to filter your real paper QSL needs.
VIA=Bureau==> Starting January 1st 2013, I do not reply anymore to buro QSL's . If you need a low cost paper QSL, print it on eQSL.
If you think that your QSO is missing in LoTW or eQSL and you have verified that I have uploaded my log for this period, send me an e-mail with yourQSO details.

==VC2T===> I had the licence to use the VC2T callsign at the same location as VE2TZT only during the CQWW DX 2012 SSB and CW contests. Logs have been uploaded to LoTW and e-QSL.
==VB2T===> I had the licence to use the VB2T callsign at the same location as VE2TZT only during theCQ WPX 2013SSB and CW contests. Logs have beenuploaded to LoTW and e-QSL.
