Hello to all, My name is Luke. I was originally licensed in 1991 in Leamington, Ontario. I spend most of my radio time in the mobile on 2m and 70cm D-Star thanks to a Hotspot developed by Mark NI2O. I'm usually found on the K8DXA D-Star repeater, REF038A or XRF021B and do my best to check in to the Friday night Can-Net 9pm Local time.
73 and hope to work you!
VE3LDJ-B D-star Node Adapter Info:
Frequency: 445.825MHz Simplex (unless somebody complains)
Dvar Hotspot software is getting along with DPRS software, and passing along GPS data since June 7, 2010.
Use URCALL/YOURCALL for Linking/unlinking. RPT1 and RPT2 are not used, so simplex is fine.
Please feel free to Link the node to any Repeater/Reflector you wish.
Please feel free to send any comments or questions via the email address on this page.
