I will respond to all paper QSL requests either directly or by bureau. You can use the bureau to send your QSL if that is the best way for you.All received cards will be acknowledged in reciprocal manner. SASE is always appreciated, but not necessary. I like to acknowledge "firsts" directly, especially qrp "firsts".I also use eqsl and will acknowledge those QSLs too. As you can see, HRDLOG.net is in use, too.

I am a retired university professor and art museum director. My father was a ham radio operator all the years that I grew up at home, and I did a lot of building of small radios, etc under his supervision as a youngster. When I retired I decided to get my licence and revisit the hobby in a more active way. The station is located in the hamlet of Sandhurst near Kingston, Ontario, on the shore of Lake Ontario.
I work QRP with the IC-703+ often, mostly digital modes.
