My father was a ham radio operator all the years that I grew up at home, and I did a lot of building of small radios, etc under his supervision as a youngster. When I retired I decided to get my licence and revisit the hobby in a more active way. The station is located in the hamlet of Sandhurst near Kingston, Ontario, on the shore of Lake Ontario.
