I love Ham Radio and have been in it for 20 years since April 13 1993, when I got my foot in the door with my basic Qualification and advanced myself 2 months later with my 5 wpm on Oct 26 1993 and then my 12 wpm on September 22 1993 and finally with my advance theory on July 15 1996. This was the format in Canada at the time and the rest is history as they say, In total I have worked 225 countries and Peter Island (3Y0X) is what I am especially proud of because I used an Inverted "V" with the Apex only 20 feet of the grounnd and 100 watts a home brew center insulator that works better than any 1:1 balun and I worked them a total of three times, first time was Feb 14/2006 at 08:48 utc and the other two times was to prove that the first time wasn't a flook.

So Far todate I have worked a total of 3748 contacts looking foward to more when the sunspot cycle picks up again.

I work mostly 20 meter and 40 Meters because of the size of my yard and I haven't seen any way of adding a 75 meter to my mini antenna farm but I am hopefull. I am looking foward to hear you on the air. If anyone might wondering about the phonetics that I use now and then is ve3 Whiskers Might Itch.I can tell you for a fact that they do!

Please QSL Direct, I will try and respond but also be patient because I have been ill of late and I am in a wheelchair now and mobility is a problem for me

Thanks Ivan Williams ----- VE3WMI
