Thanks for visiting my QRZ profile. You can view more of my amateur radio related activities at my website, ve7lgx.ca.

I got my license in 2012 (Basic Qualification with Honours), and have been exploring many aspects of amateur radio since then. I operate a lot of digital (5W QRP) and SSB (100W) on HF. My favourite HF bands are 10m, 12m, 17m, 30m, and 40m. I am also interested in weak signal work (SSB, CW, digi) on the VHF+ bands, and plan to pursue this more as equipment allows. So far I've had great fun on 6m (SSB and JT65) and 2m (SSB). I have been working on my CW, and I'm starting to use it on the air. Other interests are QRP homebrewing, RF electronics, propagation, and antennas.
