I am operating with a Kenwood transceiver, TS 440S from my shack in the   basement .100 watts is the usual operating power.   Antenna is a TH3MK4  fr Hy-Gain on a tower apx 14 meters from the ground for 10,15 and 20 meters.

On 17 meters, I have a single driven element erected apx one meter above the tri bander .So basicly a rotatable  diapole 15 meters fr the ground. I have wire antennas for 40 and 80 meters.

 

 

I am a Carpenter /Scaffolder by trade and am presently working on the off shore oil platforms  off the coast of Newfoundland .I have been a ham since 1991 .I enjoy the hobby very much and like to work on 21 mhz when the band is open ....otherwise I am on 14 mhz looking for a chat or a few different countries .

If you decide to QSL direct, please include a SAE  and sufficient funds  to cover the postage .For international mail ,one dollar is not sufficient to cover postage ...Please include 2 dollars  or  UPU coupon...QSL cards rec without SAE  and  sufficient funds for postage , well be returned via bureau .Tks          

 

 

One of my hobbies is playing music, I am the one playing the accordian on the left.

 

Another hobby is my 210 gal aquarium stocked with fresh water tropical fish

I also love the outdoors,fishing and hiking as you can see.
